Absolutely NO Parties; this includes small gatherings. Our properties are permitted through the city and have a maximum occupancy per the city's commercial occupancy code. If you break the NO party rule, you will be asked to leave and forfeit all of the money you have spent, even if it’s in the middle of your stay. Suspected parties or multiple non-paid guests visiting will be promptly removed by the owner. Neighborhood & city quiet hours are 9:00p - 8:00a.
